Adra-l is the predecessor of mod-l, that is, the body turns adra-l into mod-l, and for this reason it is often compared. Adra-l is a mild stimulant designed to combat drowsiness and fatigue.

Many of the studies that include adra-l are related to military operations, when it really matters and the situation is tense. Adra-l is much better studied. There are many studies showing how Adra-L can help improve cognitive functions, alertness and reduce fatigue.

One study showed that pills to keep you awake,  can help reduce cognitive impairment and increase performance in a group of servicemen who worked for 64 hours without sleep. In these states, deprived of sleep, it is obvious that adra-l is effective.

Contraindications and side effects

Adra-L is metabolized in the liver and has been shown to increase liver enzymes, so it is often taken with milk thistle to neutralize this effect. Adra-l should not be taken by people with liver problems. In addition, women taking oral contraceptives may avoid taking Adra-A, as it may reduce the effectiveness of some types of contraceptives. Adra-l may raise blood pressure and should not be used by anyone with heart problems.

Other side effects are rare, but some people complain of restlessness, irritability, and mood swings. People often become more focused on their work and may appear reserved or moody, even if they are not. Just keep this in mind if you plan to use adra-l and try not to use it on a daily basis due to the tolerance you want to avoid to keep the drug effective.

Adra-l dosage

Adra-l should be taken in a dose of 300 mg per day. The drug is less strong than mod-l, and therefore should be used in higher doses. With a lower dose, you will feel less stimulation, but this is useful for beginners who are trying the drug for the first time. Over time, you can increase the dosage of adra-a to achieve the optimal effect.

Mechanism of action - how does Adra-l work? 

When you take Adra-L, it is converted in the liver to mod-L, which has the main effect on the brain. In particular, R-mod-l is the cause of stimulation and increased concentration, which often occurs when using the drug. Mod-L causes side effects, such as increased dopamine and adrenaline, which affect your concentration.
