The ConjuChem company from Canada, engaged in biotechnology, created CJC-1295 DAC back in 2005, but it began to be widely used in strength sports 5-6 years later. It was then that some third-party companies, together with Chinese manufacturers, got access to the drug's production technology.
Polypeptide CJC-1295 – peptide hormone, which is also known as GHRH and is intended to stimulate the production of growth hormone. CJC 1295 directly affects the pituitary gland, which leads to an increase in the synthesis of growth hormone in the human body.
Polypeptide CJC-1295 has long been successfully used in the West. At first, it was used in combination with other peptides at the end of the steroid cycle to enhance the anabolic effect, but now CJC 1295 (you can buy it in our "Myprotein" store) is in direct competition with many anabolic steroids and at the same time is an absolutely safe and legal drug. The half-life of the peptide is 30 minutes, which is considered a fairly good indicator. Due to the long half-life and stability in the effects, CJC 1295 is gaining more and more popularity.A number of clinical trials have shown that even a single introduction of this peptide causes a significant increase in the level of growth hormone.
In the course of endocrinological studies, it was established that after a single injection of CJC-1295, there is an increase in the growth hormone content in the blood plasma by 2-10 times with a duration of 6 days, as well as an increase in the concentration of IGF-1 by 1.5-3 times with a duration of 9-11 days. These numbers are truly impressive!
For anabolic purposes, several injections per day are usually recommended (1-3 injections), but for anti-aging, only one injection per day, before bedtime, is sufficient. CJC-1295 is often taken together with GHRP-6 to achieve maximum effect, because the use of these peptides together significantly increases the amount of growth hormone release.
Joint actions (synergism) of GHRH + GHRP
It is well known that parallel use of Somatotropin Releasing Hormone (GHRH - drugs such as CJC-1295 and mod GRF 1-29) and Somatotropin Releasing Peptide (GHRP-6, GHRP-2, Hexarelin or Ipamorelin) leads to synergistic GH release. In other words, if GHRH contributes an amount of GH quantified as number 2, and GHRPs contributes an amount of GH quantified as number 4, the total GH release is not cumulative (ie 2 + 4 = 6). Rather, the whole is greater than the sum of the parts, so 2 + 4 = 10.
