CJC 1295 with DAC (2mg)

CJC-1295 with DAC (CJC-1295 DAC) is a growth hormone production stimulator consisting of 30 amino acids. DJ CJC-1295 binds to plasma proteins (albumins), which leads to a significant increase in the duration of action due to the addition of lysine associated with the non-peptide molecule DAC (Drug Affinity Complex). The half-life is about 2 weeks. DAC CJC-1295 has a direct effect on the release of growth hormone by the pituitary gland.

DAC CJC-1295 acts on the nuclei in the anterior part of the pituitary gland and stimulates the secretion of growth hormone mainly through the cAMP-dependent pathway. The substance binds to GHRH receptors belonging to the group of G-protein-coupled receptors.
