FRAGMENT 176-191 is a small part of the human growth hormone (hGH) sequence, which enhances fat burning and shifts metabolism towards maintaining muscle mass. Studies also show that FRAGMENT 176-191 also does not have many of the side effects caused by growth hormone, such as decreased insulin sensitivity, long bone growth, and edema. 

CJC-1295 can antagonize the action of FRAGMENT 176-191 on growth hormone, as it is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone and therefore stimulates the release of growth hormone. CJC-1295 increases basal and peak GH levels and has also been shown to increase free GH levels in plasma. Thus, CJC-1295 can compensate for the normal physiological response to FRAGMENT 176-191. This would allow the benefits of FRAGMENT 176-191 to be realized without any influence on normal GR secretion.

Ipamorelin can be added to the mixture to further increase GR secretion above the baseline level and, in particular, to influence peak GR secretion. Ipamorelin is an agonist of the receptor that stimulates the secretion of growth hormone, which has a strong and specific effect on the secretion of GH with very limited side effects. 

Ipamorelin is a short-acting peptide, while CJC-1295 is a longer-acting peptide. The former provides a rapid onset of GH release, while the latter acts by increasing the secretion of GH over longer periods of time and maintaining normal physiological patterns of secretion.
